Investment Portfolio web management system completed

Anacua manages investment information, exective profiles, latest news and e-mail lists.

This new Go2ten product puts the portfolio manager in control of all branded web and print resources. Investors, board members and the press all have up to date information at their fingertips.

Anacua is the latest second generation website product from Go2ten. It utilises web technologies to deliver essential information, online and in print, to website visitors. A simple to use management system allows the portfolio manager to rapidly update information and distribute it by e-mail as well as publishing online.

The core of the system is the investment portfolio. New investments can be added to the website and an Adobe PDF fact sheet is simultaneously generated. All investments are catalogued and details are easily changeable.

Executive profiles of the management team are also published and managed by the customer. Potential investors can access up-to-date information on portfolio managers. This information is also useful for journalists and for event organisers planning public speaking engagements.

Latest press releases are added at the customer's convenience. The news announcements are then immediately available on the website, in print and by email.

Anacua also manages an e-mail list of interested parties. If the customer wishes to send new information directly to these people, a summary e-mail is created containing news, profiles and investments of choice.

All the information on the site is also automatically aggregated into a printable investment pack. In an age of electronic information, it is sometimes preferable to read a document at leisure.
