Go2ten have developed a central repository for all press information. This includes press releases, opinion articles, speaker profiles, e-mail, newsletters, RSS feeds, press cuttings and internet coverage.
The client can manage all this information via a simple web interface. For example, press releases can be entered into a web browser and are instantaneously available online, in print, by e-mail and as an RSS feed.
Journalists can then access this information at their convenience using their preferred approach. They can simply view them online or the news feed and e-mail can deliver it directly to their desktop. The print version can also be used as a handout at conferences or meetings.
To the journalist, this virtual press room provides access to all current and historic news and opinion, background information, cuttings and executive profiles - everything he needs when researching an article.
Much of this technology is being utilised in other Go2ten products as the internet is increasingly used as a PR tool.
