Go2ten have upgraded the application they previously built to store and manage digitised adverts for television, cinema, radio and press. Employees in London, New York and Singapore use it to access the full archive of adverts produced.
This particular upgrade allows increased client categorisation so the client information can be managed and packaged with each of the adverts. It also makes it possible to assign employees to the adverts they've worked on. This increases efficiency as it's easy for researchers to track relevant people when gathering advert information.
The application has now been used for over 2 years, delivers the home page of the corporate intranet and runs globally over a virtual private network.
