Development last year included PDF document generation, which can be used to download print quality versions of our product fact sheets, mailing lists, newsletters and improved web accessibility.
In 2005 the R&D department is looking into Excel spreadsheet generation, more advanced e-mail processing and document management. These requirements occur on a wide range of development projects.
